Most men want to increase their testosterone levels and a lot turn to synthetic methods doing it like pro hormones, hormone replacement therapy, testosterone patches and cream, and even steroid injections. Garlic. You can supplement with garlic which comes in an extract and pills or you can just add more garlic and garlic sauce to your food. Now garlic contains a chemical called Diallyl disulfide which increases testicular weight and testosterone levels.

Beans. Beans are high in zinc content and inhibit aromatase. Aromatase is an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen. By including more zinc in your diet, you prevent this conversion from happening and increase the amount of testosterone while decreasing the amount of estrogen in your blood.

Vitamin A. You can get vitamin A from carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, cantaloupe, and eggs. A study on late-set puberty shows that increasing your vitamin A intake will actually cause an increase in your testosterone levels.

Beef. Beef have many components that positively impact testosterone levels like zinc, saturated fat, iron, protein, and magnesium. However, be careful not to exceed your cholesterol limit.

Vitamin D. You can increase your vitamin D by purchasing supplements. High levels of vitamin D are closely correlated with a high level of testosterone. Recommendation is 10,000 IU/day of vitamin D3 in order to boost your testosterone. You can find vitamin D naturally in sources such as mushrooms, salmon, and milk.
