Thirdly, wash your face before retiring to bed. Make sure that you remove your make-up and get rid of bacteria that may have settled in the day time due to dust and sweating. Cleaning them off will ensure you a festering free skin. No acne, no pock marks.
Finally, about the diet which is also one of the most crucial factor responsible for a healthy skin. A healthy diet is important for getting a youthful and a glowing skin. Include lots and lots of fruits and green vegetables in your diet regimen. Intake of multivitamins or sufficient dietary supplements as another alternative would surely help. Avoiding fried and greasy food will also do the trick in this regard. If you do take junk food then make sure that you drink lemonade before going to bed because it purifies and cleanse your system. Do regular exercises such as yoga and aerobics to naturally detoxify your body. Apart from this, increasing water intake will also help. Say no to dehydration causing substances such as beverages and alcohol.
