On the contrary, the lower level of pH is fatal for your health. The ideal balance is 7.35 to 7.45. This is the neutral level. To neutralize the overall acid level in body, water is the best solution. It is alkalined with a pH of 7.3. Eight glasses a day helps in neutralizing the acid level. Fresh vegetables and fruits are also a rich source of pH. The food with low pH level is not good for health. White-sugar (5.0), beef (5.0), pasta (5.0), wine (3.0), coffee (2.2, sorry I like coffee too) fall under this category hence should be avoided.

Make sure you make your new diet plan according to the above mentioned pH level. If you pursue your new diet plan on a religiously, you will get astounding results on your skin.

The next thing you have to do is pH level test. Get pH test strips from a drug store and measure your pH balance on a daily basis.
